Scripture: “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” – Jeremiah 29:11

These words, spoken to Israel during a time of exile and uncertainty, remain a powerful reminder of God's sovereign care. The people were far from home, facing an unknown future—yet God offered assurance: He had not forgotten them.
Jeremiah 29:11 doesn't promise a life without hardship, but it does promise purpose in the midst of it. God’s plans aren’t random or reactionary. They are deliberate, good, and full of hope—even when we can’t yet see the outcome.
In seasons of waiting or wandering, this verse invites us to trust that God’s timing is perfect and His intentions are kind. His desire is not to harm, but to lead us into a future filled with purpose and promise.
If you feel uncertain today, hold tightly to this truth: God’s plans are still in motion. You are still in His hands.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for knowing the plans You have for me. Help me trust You when I can’t see the path ahead. Fill me with hope and remind me that You are working for my good. Amen.
